Vanquish VRD Stance RTR - Graphite
Video
The latest version of the Vanquish Products VRD Stance RTR is a powerful, precise, and versatile platform for demanding crawler use. New HD steering rods and precision-machined 30/8T ring and bevel gear combinations on both axles ensure maximum durability and smoothness.
The heart of the chassis is formed by stamped aluminum frame members, combined with a 6° flat skid plate and the VFD gearbox positioned low in the vehicle. The molded chassis components keep the center of gravity particularly low. The front axle (F10 Portal) features a servo-on-axle layout with 4-link suspension. Both axles are additionally equipped with brass weights in the axle tubes and front aluminum steering arm weights – for optimal weight distribution and driving stability.
The Red Compound VXT2 tires on KMC Riot Beadlock rims are supported by 4.75" VTS Stance Dual Stage inserts. The aggressive Stance Lexan body features short overhangs and a sleek silhouette for maximum tire clearance and off-road maneuverability.

Chassis:
The VRD RTR's chassis is constructed from new injection-molded components and offers sophisticated adjustment options for the shock absorbers and body mount. The minimalist, interchangeable front and rear bumpers facilitate body adjustment. The flat rock sliders provide an ideal platform for mounting electronics or the battery while also protecting the body.
Drive:
The central component is the VFD transmission with a low, forward-mounted engine position, sintered metal gears, and ball bearings. The transfer case includes 6% overdrive as standard and can be further tuned with optional gear sets.
The front axle features overdrive portal gears, while the rear axle uses the standard gear ratio. Combined with the overdrive from the VFD, this results in a final overdrive of 24%. Both axles feature brass weights in the axle tubes and aluminum steering arm weights at the front – for a low center of gravity and balanced weight distribution.
Suspension:
The Incision S8E shock absorbers offer sensitive damping while maintaining high load capacity. Stainless steel control arms with Incision M4 ball joints connect the chassis to the axles. The rear lower links are curved, providing maximum ground clearance. Multiple shock positions allow for fine-tuning of ride height and breakover angle.
Electronics:
- VT-1 digital transmitter (4-channel) with 15 model memories, display, multi-position switches and precise endpoint adjustment
- VE-1 controller (based on Hobbywing 1060), 3S LiPo capable, adjustable LiPo cutoff and drag brake
- VM-1 Brushed Motor (35T, closed endbell), specially tuned for the vehicle
- VS-1 servo with metal gears, 200 oz-in torque, water-resistant, 25T output
