Shipping and returns/refunds

Returns and refunds are both easy as part of our total customer service. We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. You have 14 days from date of delivery to open return process of the product. Refunds shall be done within 30 days after receiving goods back to us.

International Shipping

We are pleased to accept orders from outside of Estonia and European Union (EU). Our payment partner acctsepts VISA and MasterCard credit and debit card payments. Within EU you are also welcome to use regular Bank Transfer. All items in our store are listed in EURO Currency (EUR) and proces include EU VAT of 20%. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. Below are answers to some frequently asked questions regarding International shipping.

What Shipping Service Do You Use?

Our main shipping partner for international orders is domestic postal service provider Omniva (Estonian Post). They have good postal network all over the World with other domestic postal service providers (USPS for United States for example). All international orders will be shipped as Tracable to track their process minimize chance of losing any goods on the way. Applicable shipping options appear during checkout process.

Shipping cost is calculated on checkout and is related to weight of products ordered. You can always ask us to double check shipping options and price if automatic calculation seems a bit off.

Delivery time is usually up to 10 days. This is not guaranteed though and depends on destination as well as your local postal service transit times.

Can you list a lower amount on my invoice?

We cannot list any amount other than the actual amount paid by you on invoices or customs forms, after any discounts. Please do not ask us to list a lower amount, or list your order as a 'gift', as it would be illegal for us to do so.

Attention International Customers: Our payment processing partner EveryPay has automatic risk managment for CC payments! Credit cards issued in certain countries are blocked (like USA for example) by default as there tends to be high risk of credit cards fraud. So we are currently unable to accept CC payments from certain countries. Sorry for that.

PS! We currently don't accept Credit Card payments from USA and Australia. We are able to accept PayPal payments upon request. PayPal fee will be added to your final invoice amount.

Can You Provide Me With a Tracking Number?
Yes! All international orders will be shipped as registered parcels with international tracking number provided by freight company.

How Much Will it Cost to Ship to Me?
The pricing for the shipping options will be presented to you before you finish your checkout. All of the store items are weighed properly so when you check out, the system will compute the correct shipping charges for you and present you with a list of shipping options. If you put some items in your shopping cart and start the checkout process, you can see what the shipping charges will be without actually needing to complete an order.

Does the shipping I pay include any customs, duties, or tax fees?
We are located in European Union. All orders have EU VAT of 20% included and there's no extra fees upon delivery for EU customer. In case of orders exported outside of EU we can do VAT free invoice for you but customs, duties, and taxes are not included in your shipping fee paid to us. You will need to pay any customs, duties or tax fees to your local delivery person after your packages is processed by customs. ClayPitRC is unable to determine what your country may charge you for these fees. We suggest that customers contact their local postal carrier or customs department for further information on duties, taxes, or custom fees for their country.

Warranty Issues
While domestic and EU customers should address warranty issues to the EU distributor of the goods, this is not always possible for our International customers. Please contact us with any concerns regarding defective products so that our team can assist you with finding a resolution through the proper channels.

Lost Package Claims
If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us. All packages shipped by are trackable. If your package is in fact lost, we will do everything we can to find your package in co-operation with freight company responsible for shipping..

Before we can file a claim for a lost package, we must allow the Postal Service provider the full time allotted for delivery of 30 days.

If your package was not delivered within that timeframe, please contact us so we can apply lost package claim to PSP (Postal Service Provider)

Please allow us 1 business day to contact the shipping carrier regarding your missing package. It can take up to 7 days to get response from carrier. 

Do I Have to Pay EU Taxes?
All prices are inclusive of Estonian EU VAT of 22%. EU retail customers have VAT included in their final order value and no extra custom duties or taxes will be added on delivery.

For export to outside of EU (European Union) sales tax has to be removed manually by us. You may still have to pay Customs and other import taxes depending on your country of residence upon receiving your goods.

Are There Any Products in Your Store that Cannot be Shipped Internationally?
Yes. Due to their flammable nature, we cannot ship fuel, batteries, cleaning fluids, or any contents that are under pressure, to our International customers.
