The DJI O4 Wide Air Unit is a next-generation digital HD video transmission system designed to bring DJI's flagship transmission technology directly to custom FPV drone builds. Built for pilots who demand exceptional image quality and ultra-low latency, the Wide version features an expanded 159° Field of View (FOV). This ultra-wide perspective provides superior situational awareness during proximity cruising or intense freestyle maneuvers without needing a heavy external action camera.

At the core of the system is a powerful 1/2-inch CMOS image sensor capable of capturing crisp 4K video at up to 60 fps using H.265 compression. With 23 GB of built-in storage, pilots can record high-quality flight footage without the need for an onboard microSD card slot, saving weight and simplifying the design. The O4 transmission system delivers a buttery-smooth 1080p/100fps live feed, and in Racing Mode, the transmission latency drops to as low as 20 ms for instant, locked-in control. Weighing only 13.3 grams, it is the perfect digital setup for 3-inch and larger micro or freestyle quadcopters.
